Diets

The word “diet” defined by Wikipedia is “the kinds of food that a person, animal, or community habitually eat”. However, “diet” is more often used to describe a kind of “restrictive diet” meant to lose weight. You will lose weight if you stick to a “restrictive diet” but most likely it will not be sustainable as a lifestyle. That’s the hard part.

The goal is to help you understand the most popular diets so you can decide what is best for you. It is important to note that there are diets recommended as a lifestyle and other that were “created” for the simple purpose of losing weight. We try to identify which is which based on research but ultimately it is up to you to decide what will work for you considering your goals. You can also find information about eating organic and GMOs.
